Massaging and Bio Oil

Im only one day PO and was wondering when to start massaging them and when can I put bio oil on them?xx

I started using a little straight away…. Not sure wether you are supposed to….but it’s not like I can get it on my incisions because they are still covered up… X

I started bio oil on 4 weeks post op. think maybe one day is a little early x

Ur advised to put nothing on incisions till 6weeks check with nurse but think itl be ok on top of ur boobs xxx

spoke to my Pc and she said massage after 12 weeks and no bio oil until 6 weeks, ill just have to wait lol xxx

There’s such a contradiction on massaging:(
I’ve been told you can and should gently massage ypur implants as soon as is bareable to do so, i was told around 10days to try and start, along with a little bio oil on the top of your breast away from your incisions is fine from whenever you feel pain free enough to do so?:/ xxx

I started bio oiling my boobs at 9 days post op (but not my scars) and was putting bio oil on my boobs for about 3 months and then stopped and im now 4 months post op and I think I can see a few tiny stretch marks on my boobs but im not 100% sure that they are stretch marks so ive started bio oiling them twice a day again so id say when you feel ready deffo start putting bio oil on x

I think I’ll put bio oil on them next week when I feel bit better. Do you mind if I add u girls xx
