I’m massively stressing out bout my BA! I know I’m being silly but I’m worried about being too big or too small, not getting the result I’m hoping for, the pain, which implants (was quoted for natrelle but now think I want mentor), what if they use a different implant yo what I paid for, rippling, anything going wrong in general, paying a lot more than what others might do…..hoping it’s just pre-op nerves….yet I have 3 months to wait so probably 3 months of anxiety!! Is this a normal stage of the process….think this forum is actually putting me off sometimes….!

Kirsty, it shouldn’t matter that much if you’re paying more or less than others, is a thing you are doing for yourself not just to be in competition with others.
Your expectations will be unrealistic for the first 6-8 months until the boobies would have settled in so don’t jump to conclusion too soon after the surgery.
It can’t be smaller than before if you are having ba so anyhow it will be big!
Try to think more like that, to help pass anxiety.

Hi Kirsty, I think there’s a lot of misunderstanding going on here at the moment. I don’t think they will give anyone the wrong implants .. too many legal implications surely! I’m worried too .. same things as you .. They come and go. At the moment I’m worried I’ll be too big but I’m sure next week it’ll be something else .. Just nerves I suppose. Give your PC a ring, let her know your worries, she will put your mind a rest I’m sure 🙂 x

Yeah I know it’s not a competition thing but don’t wana be paying a load more than someone else….doesn’t seem to be much structure when it comes to pricing! Too true, I’ll def be bigger than I am now….I’m quite saggy now…just hope I don’t end up with saggy big boobs haha! Glad I’m not alone really…I’m the same Lisa, I change from one week to the next on which thing to stess about!! X

Aw honestly don’t worry i agree with you there about the forum some people are very negative but I supppose it depends on your experience. There are risks with all surgery bit they are low. If you are worried speak to your PC. I was nervous but the staff are so good and make sure you tell the surgeon exactly what you want x

Went from seeing positive stuff before I booked to negative stuff since I booked!! But yeah your right, depends on the person, the experience….I shouldn’t read too much into it. It just took a lot for me to decide to do it and now I’m wondering if I made the right choice. I’m sure in exactly 3 months time I’ll be extremely happy with nice boobies! I’ll try ringing my PC tomorrow to put me at ease ha ha….she’ll b sick of me! X

It’s completely normal to panic and worry, it’s not everyday you have an operation, so try not to beat yourself up too much The forum can be good & bad, sometimes I think we all look for something negative to make our internal worries real if that makes sense? Mya is the only company who has a forum which I think is very brave as it’s open & honest. My op is next Sunday & waiting is the worst part for sure! Just trying to think about me sitting on sofa with a cup of tea after my op when it’s all done & I’m sure I’ll be wondering why I ever worried!! 90% of the battle is believing you can do it, the rest is easy x

Hey girls, I just thought I would try and put you at ease. I am now 5months post op I have no regrets and was extremely pleased with all the care and attention I got from my surgeon, PC, and nurses. I had Dr Gary Tranor and my PC was Harley.
The nurses at the hospital really help calm you down, I felt completely looked after and safe. I honestly had no pain after surgery just slight discomfort (I was one of the lucky ones lol). I heckle in at 8am and was hearing home at 2:30pm.
Sometimes I wish I went bigger… Some days I’m glad I didn’t. I had 380 cui overs from a 32A. Honestly, calm down and enjoy your transformation 🙂 I feel amazing and so happy best decision I’ve made. Feel free to add me and ask questions I know how helpful it is xx

While it’s nice to see all positive stuff the reality is it is quite major surgery. The results are subjective and there are a number of risks and things that can go wrong. Just because you are paying doesn’t mean the results will be perfect and your expectations may be higher than you can realistically ideally achieve. Many of us brush over those things because we think cosmetic surgery we are paying for it so will be perfect and it won’t happen to me! And we want it soon much!
I took the smaller implant offered because I wanted least risk and I have some rippling. It’s not too bad at the moment but for a few days I was devastated! But ultimately I love what I have now to what I had before. I had so many issues before so ( as long as it stays as it is) I’m happy with the results. Post op for some girls. CAn be a breeze others it’s agony for several days. I had reaction to the medication and had to survive on paracetamol but pain was bearable within 3 days I’d stopped even taking them.
With size I also said to myself worst case scenario what would be worse wish to be bigger and have to use a boost bra or wish you were smaller and bit stuck with them?? As Annelis said you will be much bigger than u r now!
I found the whole experience an emotional roller coaster. That was the biggest thing. Don’t underestimate that. Some girls are very young and breeze thru it all but I think if you have had kids or are older or have anxiety issues it really is a major event and the build up can be frighteningly tough.
But hopefully in the end you will be happy with big bouncy boobs.

I cant believe how quick and straightforward it all was, ide do it again in a heartbeat! please dont worry just be excited as when its done youll wonder why you didnt do it sooner! ive got amazing boobs and the black cloud of insecurity I used to have has just disappeared completely well worth every penny and more! 🙂 xxx
