    So I got measured today and boy is it a confusing process!!!
    Iv always been petite – size 6-8 too always worn 34A and felt comfortable.
    Today I measured;
    M&S 34C
    Ann summers 32D
    Blue avenue 30E!!!!
    The 32 and 30 are soooooo tight and uncomfortable! Not to mention the bloody E cup!!!
    What does everyone else tend to do with their bras?? Do you wear what’s comfortable or what they tell you?? Xxx

    I always wore a 36 because it was comfortable – but obviously didn’t need any support.
    The support comes from the band – so now I have boobs I want to support them as best as possible (I don’t want them sagging)

    I’m now in a 32E.
    If I measure my actual rib it’s 32 – which is a size 12 – which I am.

    I went on boob or bust n measured 30G hmmm I just cant work that one out. My nurse post op measured me as a 32 A/B they said get 36E sports bra for wen macom comes off which does fit perfect atm thats from ms .. i have since got a 34D from bhs wich is ok and ann summers 34D which is too small .. i guess there all different .. I do like comfort though x

    I think thoughthat sports bras are all different in size as they are a totally different shape to a bra.
    I can fit in a 36C sportbra as it just squashes my boobs down a bit and the band is stretchy.
    Whereas a 36C bra would have my boobs falling out of the cups

    Having been a bra fitter at M&s I would be biased but I got measured at Debenhams and was made 30E! I’m a 32c normally. You need to have the band fairly snug and on the first hook so as the bra stretches you can tighten it. The wire should sit behind your breast tissue on the side and the straps not cut in. Got for what is comfortable but snug as this will loosen. Hope this helps and I’ve explained it in a good way 🙂 oh and ‘double booking’ is not good either you need a bigger cup of you have that x

    Auto correct is what that is! Double boobing lol means you get a bulge over the top of your bra x
