I was wondering if someone could give me some advice, Im due to have my op on Saturday and I’m still waiting for the nurse to confirm if its okay to have it done as, they asked for a letter about anti-depressants that I haven’t taken and I was asked for a doctors note confirming I haven’t taken any as there was a concussion in medication. They have this letter from my GP saying I’m fine to go ahead. Does anybody know if they will still go ahead on Saturday?
They should have confirmed it back to you – they wanted more info than in the original letter I had so I needed to get a second one. I then asked my PC for something in writing to say 100% signed off so she popped me an email
Just text ur PC and ask? Pretty shitty if not as its so close now they surely would be contacted u saying need more info
Id give them a call, I had a problem with my surgery possibly being postponed due to low iron levels and I had to call them to find out which was annoying but all was okay so im glad. My surgery is saturday too at the Fitzroy!! x
