Micro dermal piercing

Hiya, I was told at my consultation that I have to remove all piercings when I go in for my operation but I have micro dermal piercings on my hips which I cannot take out!! What can I do about them or what will they say? X

They will tell u to go to the place you had them done to get them removed I had same problem x

I had my op yesterday morning and have severaly piercings in that I particulary did not want to eemove due to difficulty etc, I informed the anaesthetist about them and the nurses who with his permission and me knowing about the ‘ risks’ keepibg them in I was allowed to just tape over them, I know other girls with dermals who have also been allowed to just put tape over aswell so dont worry id say 🙂 x

Hi Hun, I am booked in on 2nd Dec at Preston First Trust and I actually called them to check whether I needed to take my dermals out and the nurse told me that they will tape them for me xxx

Oh thank god for that, I had one removed when I was a school many years ago and it’s extremely painful!! I’ll just tell them I’ll sign anything to keep them in hahah xx

I was worried about this too! There’s quite a few ladies that were allowed to have them taped so fingers crossed its same for us haha x
