hi chantel. i’m 4 days post-op and yes i get headaches and migraines. i think it’s our body and hormones adjusting to medication (anaesthethic, antibiotics and painkillers). i just take paracetamols because my boobies are fine too. no ibuprofen though, because the doctor said it thins blood and can cause bleeding. hope this helps and you’re healing well x

also sleeping upright and worrying about results and things (even subconsciously) doesn’t help! x

Hi Lauren & Di Ulysses thank you so much for replying! That has really put my mind at ease as I was worried that it was only me! I’m thinking to stop taking the cocodamol and ibuprofen too as it’s only headaches that I’m getting. How many days post op are you Di Ulysses? And I know right sleeping upright is a nightmare :/

Happy healing to both you ladies (sorry I couldn’t tag still don’t know how too lol)
    xxx
