I travelled to liverpool today for my first consultation but with the traffic and parking problems, missed my slot 🙁

I’ve researched for a long time about the breast augmentation and vaser Lipo (hoping to get them together) so knew that I wasn’t really going to learn much more today and know what I want and who with – Dr traynor 🙂 im hoping he will help me with figuring out the best size.

Is it possible to just arrange the pre-op with him without going through the consultation?

    Thanks girls!

Hi hun, its a nurse that does the pre-op stuff. Dr Traynor will do the consultation. I had him he’s great 🙂 x

I was told I would speak to a PC at my first consultation – the one I missed today.
Could I just ask to go and speak to Dr Traynor as I know I want him? All I hear is great reviews about him 🙂 x

I managed to book my pc consult and surgeon consult for the same day half an hour apart… Might be worth asking??
    Good luck!

You definately don’t have to pay anything before you see the surgeon. The consultations are free. The deposit is to secure the actual Date of the op, if you have certain plans like holidays/weddings/ time off that it would depend on the op. You might want to secure the date sooner rather than later. Also be prepared to be flexible as some surgeons only operate on certain days of the week like Weds and Fri only…

@ariel I had to pay my deposit before seeing my surgeon – I had a 2weeks ‘cooling off period’ where I could have my money back if I were to change my mind.

It could have been because I booked my date before I even met Mr Traynor though…

@kate-sophie, that’s exactly what I said 🙂 it is to secure the date as he can only do a limited amount of surgeries in one day. I took a cancelation for mine now, but apart from that he was fully booked till June! So if you are sure that’s the surgeon you want then yes, you would pay a deposit to secure the date. But that’s unusual…

@ariel My PC said that it’s quite common for girls to know which surgeon that they’d like and to do it the way round that I did it. I was sure I wanted Mr Traynor from day 1 🙂
Maybe it varies… I’m not sure!

Yeah, I didn’t do the research much beforehand, I went by the gut feeling after meeting 4 different surgeons…the reviews are good, but I prefer meeting the person who will open me up before I decide…But I must say I never met Dr Traynor, but I heard only good things about his work.. So best of luck:)
