Moderate + or HP?

​My BA is booked for 12th March and I’m starting to get nervous! I trust what my surgeon has suggested, but would love to hear others opinions? I’m 5’6, a UK size 10, approx 68kg, currently a 34C. I have been offered (L) 380/425 (R) 425/450 unders. I would like to be a full D (DD max) post op. Do you think I will achieve this with these sizes or will they be much bigger? I’m so scared of becoming “top heavy”. I do not want my boobs to be the first thing people see! I am also torn between getting HP (as offered by my surgeon) or going for Mod+ as suggested by a previous surgeon? As you can see from my pics I lack fullness/natural cleavage. Will HP look too stuck on? Will I still get a bit of side boob with high profiles? I have quite an athletic figure and want to get more of an hour glass shape. Would love to know your opinions, thanks! x

I am very similar Stats to you hun. I had 375cc hp partials. Are you having unders overs or partials?
I think you will still get cleavage with the high profiles as your natural gap is very close like mine. Feel free to add me hun and take a look at my photos x

Hey chick I had 450 high profile unders from what I thought was a 34c (small c) in boux avenue I’m measuring a 32f and Ann summers and marks and Spencer a 32g but they don’t look huge or out of proportion to my body. When I told my mam the size she said a f and g sounds huge but they don’t look huge all depends on type of bra ans where you go though. I’d personally go for Bugger sizes offered but it’s all personal choice. I dont think I’ve seen anyone say they wish they had gone smaller. 450 was the biggest I was allowed to go but I still wish I had bigger. Feel free to add me xxx

Thanks @kelly3322, I’ll send you a request now if that’s ok. I think i need to stop thinking about what cup size they are going to end up and focus more on what they are going to look like in comparison to the rest of my body!

I had 400 cc hp unders 3 weeks ago from a 34b and I’m wearing a 36e sports bra now 🙂 I’ve got quite a bit of side boob right now but it gives me an hour glass shape so I’m happy 🙂 you can add me if you like xo

I’m 5’7″ and a 10/12 in clothes. Maybe try doing rice sizers at home or book another consultation with your PC to try on the implant sizers again? Xo
