Morning Stiff boobs pain !!!

Can anyone tell me how long this pain last, the pain when u first get up for the day ….i dread having to go to the loo in the night as its the same then. Only 7 days PO and dont feel to bad during the day, but having to get up after a sleep is awful !! and im still sleeping sat up, so have a sore back to go with it : (

Hey love 🙂 I suffered really badly with this too but I’m 9 days post op today and the pain gets much easier! Kind of uncomfortable for 5 minutes gettin up but I can sleep slightly in my side now!

I found that I was having a broken sleep anyway so I set my alarm and topped mysel up on painkillers a few hours before getting up and this took the edge off a bit! Hop that helps! Cxxx

I’m afraid I still get it at 15 days post op but I do the same as Helen as I wake up around 4am, I just take painkillers then I’m up around 7/8am so take some more shortly after I wake up xx

I’m 3 days post op and have a slight burning in my right boob woke up on my back so maybe thats why as my ribs feel crushed too
