    Hi all,
I’m day 4po (if you include day of op.. Do you?!)

I’m just wondering if I’m moving around too much. Is moving about bad for recovery? I seem to be in less pain if I get up and walk around or even stand rather than sitting.

Also, my face has completely broken out. Yesterday and the day before I noticed a literal layer of oil across my face. Anyone else had this and know why?

Finally, anyone got any tips on how to wash your hair in the first week after op?! X

Hi sweet.. I’ve seen lots of girls recommending moving about to help with pain so you’re not on your own.

With the oily face I can definitely relate! I’m still struggling at 3 weeks post op. Not a clue why!!

I managed to wash my hair over the bath but loads of girls have booked to have it washed at hairdressers which may be easier if you’re in pain?

    Happy healing! Xx

I had oily face as well. It is because of anesthetic and painkillers+antibiotic.
I asked my boyfriend to wash my hair, he did it like professional hairdresser 🙂

I still have an oily face at 4 weeks post op. But my god, weeks 1-3 it was ridiculous!!! So yes I can relate too and sounds as if it is completely normal. Xxx
