I have just had my casts off yesterday and got to see my new nose for the first time and i am so so happy, it is perfect and couldnt be any closer to what i wanted. Mr lancer is a god you will not be dissapointed!! the surgery its self went well, and when i woke up i was very spaced out but ok. through the week i wasnt really in any pain the worst thing is having such a dry mouth! The swelling has gone down but just not on my nose and the bruising has nearlly disappeared! For anyone who is thinking about having rhinoplasty i would say go for it 100% it is the best decision i ever made, i can not describe how much better i feel! for anyone who is about to have rhinoplasty, make sure you stock up on lots of pineapple juice, protein, straws and vaseline and good luck!!
