I was always having an uplift and implant hun… I had the option of just a nipple lift, to reduce scaring, but I am more concerened with them being a good shape, and in the right place. I lost alot of weight last year…. so it well needed.
I am worried a bout the pain aspect, and how long it will be before I can do stuff…. I’m not good at sitting still! x

Are u having unders or overs, Aliyah? What size are u now? Im empty b/c, was told i dont need an uplift now, only big implants to fill the emptness, but i will need it after 2 years as big implants will sag. Got so confused that decided to see one more surgeon and thinking to have an uplift as want permanent results.

@linadri, I will be having mine over the muscle as I have plenty of breast tissue. I am currently wearing a 32b deflated from a 36C measured recently at a 28D so being that small that size is hard to find in most stores, I should wear a 32C, but anyway sorry to confuse you lol let’s just say 32b hollow at top full at bottom, I can hold bigger implants too and yes with implants gravity will take its toll at some point and breast implants are not permanent they will changewith age, weight gain, weight loss, pregnancy etc but also wearing great support bras all the time is hepfull. It wouldnt necessarily sag in two years, but is that what was explained to you after two years? Perhaps ask why he mentioned two years It depends how you look after them aswell and somewhat of your genetics how good your skin is with elasticity and strength . I was not given a specific time of when and how long it will take to sag but also he did not mention that it will that I may need an uplift depending on how my natural skin hold the implant, its just basic information that every patient should be aware of oviously the bigger implant the heavier it will be, and ok yes well always great to have second opinions xx

Thank you for all your reviews on Dr Schiavone 🙂 I have my consultation with him on the 2nd and now it’s booked i’m really nervous about it ! I’ve wanted a BA since being a young teenager (26 this year) as i’m asymmetrical so now it’s finally being put into action i’m excited but very nervous. I’m glad you all think he’s kind and caring. I would rather have a surgeon that takes their time and wants a good result. Went on his website and read he has done charity work too, what an amazing man ! x
