Hi ladies, I’ve been reading a lot of posts on here and getting an idea of this ha that are a must for pre/post-op. So far I’m going to get a V shaped pillow (please recommend a good one), an adjustable back rest, Macom bra, plenty of water and that’s all I have. What else will I NEED?? Or what just a little comfort that you’ve found to be a god-send?? Thank you xxx

I’ve got a neck pillow…. reversible one from boots! I use it all the time… when I finished surgery, on way home and when I’m sleeping … xx

Thank you ladies! Will add those too! Is the B pillow worth it if I get a neck pillow? Xxx

@kateh I don’t use a v shaped pillow, all I use is a neck pillow and a bed back rest from Argos. It cost me £23 I think, and it’s a life saver ! You can change the height of it. Easy to sleep on! It’s bit like sleeping in a hospital bed.

And I started using arnica at 7days pre op and still using them now and I have hardly any bruising!!! And I bruise very easily. I bought my arnica from boots, it’s around £5 and it’s there own version of the tablets you chew on. 30c
