    Hi girls
Thought I would share my experience with you as I’ve lived on this forum for the past 2 months.
My surgery was today and Preston first trust hospital and my admission time was 8am. The nurses were in and out of my room every 20 mins or so. The nurse asked questions about my health, a man came to talk to me about the anastetic and then Gary traynor came to draw on me. A nurse popped in after this to tell me I would be going down to surgery in the next half hour.
She came for me and the nurses in theatre were all lovely and very calming. The nurse putting anastetic in my head told me he was giving me 2 glasses of wine and I suddenly felt so drunk!! Then next minute I woke up babbling a load of shit and first question I asked was where’s my phone ?
Nurses were in and out every half an hou checking my blood pressure/temp etc. I tried going for a wee but I went very faint and hot so I left it a bit longer n went later. The same happened later on which was not nice. Finally by 5 I’d got myself changed and had a little walk around with my nurse n felt OK to go. My friends drove me to holiday inn express and I stepped out the car and felt very faint again so had to sit for twenty mins. Once I got into the hotel when walking I was seeing stars, went hot, went cold, felt sick but as soon as I lay down I was fine and have been since. I haven’t managed to sleep all day so think this isn’t helping. Hopefully feel better tomorrow. I had a sneak peak and I don’t like them today as they are very swollen and high up. I’m sure I will love them when they settle though!! Any Questions don’t be afraid to ask. Hope this helps xx

Hi Gina. Glad your op went well. I had pretty much the same experience but obviously I had an uplift chucked in there too. I am the same. Mr Traynor came to see me twice after op and sounds like he has impressed himself with my results but I am not sure at the moment. My boobs were very saggy beforehand and not that small (empty 34d) so didn’t make it easy for him but they seem very low down at the moment and obviously that won’t change they won’t suddenly be very far up. I know I have a long torso and chest as I always have and he can’t change that but it’s so hard when you have an image in your head even when you know you can’t expect same results as others. I was absolutely shattered after op deffos could not have gone home but I haven’t slept and I have perked up now so hopefully I’ll sleep well tonight as obviously I am staying in tonight. How lovely are the nurses though! I really hope I am able to stop being a spoilt ungrateful brat and can appreciate the improvement when they start to heal rather than focusing on the fact they aren’t my dream boobs. Here are some before and afters. Excuse the nips ?? xxx

Thanks Sophie. I have just worked myself up I think. I’ve looked at the drop under my boobs and they’ve gone from a big drop to nothing basically so obviously he had lifted them right up so I am not appreciating the improvement. Think I’m just tired and emotional haha. Will keep everyone updated. Thanks again chick xxx

Aww thanks girls that’s lovely. I suppose you just have an unreal expectation when get them done don’t you but they obviously are a massive improvement and hopefully they will only get better as they heal. I have no pain at all I didn’t have any painkillers until the nurse forced me at about 12 last night to have some inbroprufen as I think she was alarmed I wasn’t in pain and must have been secretly. But honestly no pain at all apart from a slight dull ache that I wouldn’t class as pain really. I am sooo hot and clammy i this hospital bed though. Mr Traynor is going to pop in to see me today he said and I’m dreading it I look and smell awful ???????? xxx

Oh my god I wouldn’t worry I smelled terrible after a whole day of no deodorant I smelled awful so I’m sure he’s had it all before haha! You still painless? I am sat down but moving around I feel like stiff from the gym but times a thousand haha ???? Did you guys have unders or overs? Mine are so high and come shaped but I literally looked like a flat chested underweight boy in the breast region before so I’m so happy with just having anything to fill a bra and and I know they’ll change. Hope you’re 0 pain keeps up hahah! Xxx

Dr traynor won’t be bothered terri! He only came in to see me once he can’t of liked me much haha. I had overs darcy. Mine are exactly the same. Really pointy and hard and cone shaped. I know they’ll change but I’m so nervous about looking at them again cos I really don’t like them atm. My chest area feels like someone is sat on it this morning and my backs aching a bit from lying on it through the night. Feel a little bit bloated but that’s about it I just wanna be back to normal already xxx

Good luck for today Sophie sorry forgot to say! Let us know how you get on? Just a bit of a dull ache Darcy. Honestly I think I have had gym ache a million times worse ha! But remember I was just having existing skin pulled together rather than stretching a new pocket. Maybe that’s it. Can only feel one nipple at the moment. Apparently that is normal and I shouldn’t worry. I wish mine were high like that. Hate that mine are only doing to drop more. Don’t get me wrong when I looked in mirror this morning they look better in the Macom than they did. I am able to walk about and push myself out of bed fine. In fact last night there was a daddy long legs in my room and I was chasing it about to get it out haha. Worried I’m moving too much and don’t want to ruin my healing. Argh hate not knowing what to expect. Xxx

Awww thanks Terri. I’m really nervous! Had a cold for the past 2 and a half weeks but felt better on Sunday/Monday. I still feel a bit sniffly and stuff so just hope everything goes ok. I can just imagine it getting postpone due to being slightly unwell still. We shall see. It would just be my luck haha xxxx

Nothing to worry about at all in terms of procedure or pain etc. Scariest bit for me was getting the cannula fitted as I am squimish and not a fan of needles. Just set off home. Feel like I need to keep hold of them all the time I don’t want them to drop hahaha ???? Xxx
