    So i’ve messaged my PC 3 times since yesterday as got lots of things worrying me with my op being friday and have not had a reply! surely when you’ve given this sum of money and puttin your trust into these people they should try to make you feel at ease??? really stressing, really dont want to say anything negative about mya but this is quite disappointing x

    Had the same problem with my pc i got so angry as she was supposed to contact me for my blood results and didnt even bother, I wouldnt waste your time hun ring 01423 704 913, The girls here at head office are very good and help you very quickly xx

    If it makes you feel any better my pc left and then I’ve had a new one since, I’ve never met her or spoke to her or know who she is – I’m now 4 days post op. I agree with Jade though, head office are really good 🙂 xx

    I couldn’t agree more, the girls at head office are fab. I have texted my pc on many occasions + she never replies. It makes u feel disappointed when u have paid a lot of money. I haven’t heard from my pc for over 3 weeks x

    Phone reception in the morning, and tell them. That was the only way I ever got through as my pc wasn’t great and then she left, but reception always got me through to the nurse or someone who could help xxx

    Thanks girls will do but it’s quite sad that that’s how you have to speak to someone when the role of a patient coordinator is to coordinate their patients :-/ suppose it’s commission based once you’ve paid no one wants to know xx just hope aftercare doesn’t mirror this

    I’ve noticed a massive difference since i’ve paid my balance with not getting reply’s as much too my texts as she did when i was paying it off. It’s sad really, as they are enthusiastic enough when ur first starting out with them. Good luck with ur op Sam x

    Sam my pc also failed to tell me about my admission time and i called head office and they told me straight away, So they will have your admission time for friday xx

    My PC was rubbish!!! Get there commission then don’t wanna know!! Haven’t heard a thing from mine since having surgery! Think it’s disgusting really!

    Hi Sam, I think I was right in seeing u are from colchester, and I’m from Ipswich…so u prob have the same PC as I did!!! If so, keep bugging her, I was always on at her as she is a bit disorganized and I never got receipt of payment either which is frustrating, and on the day of the op they tried telling me I hadnt paid for an overnight stay so they weren’t gonna let me stay but I wasn’t budging!!!! But I wish I’d got a reciept then to shove in front of them! Its just little things isn’t it that they don’t see as urgent that we r actually worrying about xx I did hear from her after the op tho I must say and the nurse. I always ring reception if I need something answered quicker xx

    Hi the same for me with my PC in London…since I made the full payment no replies to my emails…I am quite upset about this as well…so I always call the reception to get the info. I am just worried that if something wrong happen after the surgery I will not get it sorted out..

    My PC has been amazing. ive had to change my opp date 3 times now, and shes been there calling me and checking im okay all the time. anything i need shes been able to sort out. and with my partner in the army MYA have worked around that so well. so couldnt disagree more! 🙂 xxx
