    Hi ladies

I sent MYA £720 off my credit card last week, My PC called today for me to clear my balance, Only for me to get a nasty shock that my previous payment hasnt been received

I checked the sort code and account number and the payee name 1000 times and definitely sent it to the write account. My credit card provider (tesco) shows these funds have been sent out and to the right account and sort code and ive forwarded her proof of the funds going out

Im VERY worried, Ive maxed my card out for this and even took out a loan, im very upset, Ive definately paid and the funds have left my account

I really do not know what to do and it didn’t help this happened just as she was leaving the office

    Any advice would be lovely

Don’t worry too much I’m sure she overlooked it yesterday in the rush to get home. If you paid it on your credit card you will be able to instruct your credit card company to claim it back they have more protection than your bank in claiming payments back x

Mya told me it would take 14 days for my credit card payment to clear ( which I have never heard of before) and Debbie Lou is right, your credit card payment is protected. X

They took more money out of my account than they should have, I asked for it to be refunded which they said they did and they didn’t. Just show them your statement hun, luckily its off a credit card xx

Thanks for the reassurance, I sent her my statement yesterday and she hasn’t got back to me since. Ive proved Ive paid though and surely money with the correct sort code and account number can only go to one place

My op is in 20 days, the last thing i want to be doing right now is chasing money around
