Nearly 3 weeks post op and still have pain!!

I’m almost 3 weeks post op and keep having this constant pain in my right breast which wasn’t there the first week. I had 325cc partials. It is on the side of my boob at the top next to my left boob. It feels like my implant is trying to rip out my skin or like my muscles are constantly being pulled. I feel like any move I make triggers it to feel painful. Is this normal at 3 weeks post op or could it be some sort of complication?
