Should my macom bra be making me feel like I’m swelling up? I’m really confused. The first few days after my op I wore a macom and then and MnS sports bra 34d and the medium macom. I was a 34a before and had 375. Anyway like I said both them bras was really uncomfortable so I bort a cheap sports bra from tesco size 36dd. This is still abit tight under my boobs but falling off as it reaches my armpit. I wore this for 3 days and my nipple changed a lot from when I started wearing it. Really swollen and pointy and it was as though they was sitting really wide. Anyway last night I changed In to macom and by bedtime my boons felt really swollen and tight again and my arms are both achy. Woke up in the middle of the night and put the cheap one back on because of the pain.the macom seemed to of reduced the swelling around my nipples and get them back high on my chest. I really don’t no which bra I should be in for the best as they both have different problems can someone help? Xx

Hi Hun really feel for you o think personally Mya should sell the post op bras and fit you correctly. It’s really hard to judge what is supportive compared to too tight.
Makes sure the band that goes round you can get your fingers under confortably. I was told to go up a back size too while healing.

    I had 375cc and was a 32a and now measure a 32f so maybe you need a bigger bra 34 e/f possibly.
But also your macom should stretch to accommodate any size.

I agree mya should help fit you and gove you more of a guideline as to what is supportive enough. They just kind of leave you to it where bras are concerned ? xx
