Nerves rejoining/pain to worry about??

Okay so I’m 1 week Po now 350/375 high prof overs, to be honest I’ve been really lucky with pain so far. However Sunday I woke up and I brushed my hand past the bottom side of my right boob and the pain was awful. I took some ibuprofen and been taking arnica tablets and a couple hours later the pain subsided. Only to come back last night to the point of feeling sick when it was touched. I can still move my arms and got full use it’s just any direct contact on the area!!

There’s no pain near my incision and I have no redness at all,, no obv hardening and have also googled the life out of it! It says it’s the nerves rejoining?

Has anyone else experienced this and please tell me it doesn’t last long! I have my checkup tomorrow row but I’m freaking out already!

Hi Gemma, I have experienced this as well as lots of pain and I’m 9 days PO, unfortunately everyone is different so some people don’t experience this and others has it constantly ! I spoke to my PO nurse about and and she said its a good thing as they don’t guarantee you get your feeling back so this pain is good as nerves reconnecting so you can ‘feel’ ! Mention at your checkup but I’m sure everything is fine ! Xxx

Awww Thankyou so much for responding it’s bloody awful it like comes and goes but when it comes don’t I know it! Oh and it’s only in my right boob! Which has got the bigger implant.
Did she say it lasts long?? X

Can I ask is it like a tingling funny pain/ sensation I am 3 days post op and getting this especially where my inscisions are x

It’s not near my incisions it’s a really weird pain like literally if you hit a nerve! I’ve had no other issues at all but this is not very pleasant at all!
Your tingling could just be them healing mine were a bit itchy,, hope your recovery goes well! Merry Christmas!

Hi Hun I’m having an excruciating sting in the right that comes and goes to the point where I feel sick! Only way it can be described as as if someone’s rubbed something acidic into a cut… And only in one boob! Also hoping this is all normal xxx

So i had my post op appointment today and the nurse confirmed it would just be the nerves rejoining! She said it was normal and nothing to worry about! hope this helps you!x
