    Hey girls, just got a new sports bra today from m&s. As much as I love my macom, this is sooooo much cosier! They’re £25 but once you go to the checkout to pay for them they knock the VAT off (due to it being a post surgery bra) which is around £4.50 so it only costs around £20.50 I think it was. They’re so comfy and supportive. Highly recommend! xxxxx

    They are great aren’t they! I’ve got 2!!! One was just a normal high impact sports bra and the other is the one you have and I was shocked about the no VAT too! a still £25 is still good for a supportive bra!

    @zara1992 fab aren’t they!? couldn’t you take it back and exchange it for a DD? Xxxxxxxx

    isn’t it just! £25 in itself is a brilliant price for them so to save an extra £4.50 is not bad at all x I love mine!!! I’m proper nice and comfy in it I may get another one too xxxxxxx

    I’ve bought a White DD one today so in that at the minute! The D isn’t too uncomfortable and I might still have a bit of swelling so I’ve kept it for now :). I also bought a couple that fasten at the back for a few weeks down the line as my surgeon wants me in these bras for at least 8 weeks 🙁 hoping they are just as comfy! Xx

    Your boobs look huge!!! @crystal19811981 it’s crazy to think we had he same size cause yours look massive! How far post op are you? I hope mine look like yours soon x and those bras are lovely I wish I’d just got one of these to begin with. I love my macom but these are much better and nicer xxxxxxxx

    @zara1992
    and yeah maybe could still be swollen? I think I’m still a bit swollen as this 32 marks and spencer feels a bit tight on me, but I’ve NEVER been in a size 34 bra ? So I was thinking maybe I’m still swollen. Xxxxxxx how far post op are you xxxxxx

    I am only 10days post op today so expecting there to be a very small amount of swelling left. How far are you? How is your recovery going? I don’t really have any muscle pain anymore only at night and I am still struggling to sleep, but the tingling/sharp nerve pain is starting to drive me insane now!! xx

    I have seen so many good reviews about these bras. My op is on 7th May and can’t decide if I should get a Macom bra or just buy these. How long did you wear your Macom bra for? xx

    Hey @lornamay7 I still have my macom and I slept in it last night x took my m&s one off and went back to macom. My m&s is so comfy however I feel I NEEEEED a bigger size as it’s a bit tight on my incisions when I’m trying to sleep. The macom is comfortable but on your nipples it doesn’t feel nice because they’re expandable cups so they aren’t soft. It provides a lot of support but it’s just not soft. And after spending so much time in it your nipples do get a bit sore so it’s a nice change to go to something that’s softer inside xxxx I would go for an M&S one in all honestly they’re just great! xxxxxxx

    @zara1992 I am only 13dpo x I feel great however it’s the sleeping that’s getting me too. How is sleeping upright even possible?! I hate it 🙁 it really is uncomfortable. I have a countdown timer on my phone that says how many days it is til I don’t have to sleep like this no more! (29 days) xxxxxx

    How long were you told to sleep upright for? In my post of leaflet from mya it says upright for two weeks and then you can sleep on your back after that along as your not completely flat, were you told different?
    xx
