I’m 17 days post op and have started dropping and fluffing!
Check out my new pics. The last one you can see how much bigger and lower my boob is
This is awesome to see because it’s usually my smaller boob!
Can’t wait for the other to drop. Love the size!!

Hope you don’t mind me adding you, I’m 8 days PO and can’t wait for mine to drop. One seems bigger than other at the moment and I’m fretting a bit Xx

The upper pole of your twins are looking really full so once fully dropped they will be huge darl, youve got a big implant and started off with some tissue from the images ive seen so look foward to some great results b 🙂 xx and happy new year to you too x

I agree they do hun, I’m excited for mine to start softening and then see changes mine are still hard but slowly starting yo soften in certain areas,
Yes once the implant drops your areola and nipple will also come to a more better position and slightly higher also 🙂 xx

@candybabey im so happy it changes nipple position!! because ive breastfed two boys and was told an uplift would help me by two surgeons! but to be honest the did say i dont NEED it. so now ive started dropping and the nipple has lifted that little bit higher im just so so happy!

If it was just very minor droopyness which from your pre op I don’t think it was just lost some volume you’ll be fine girls with more droopyness who opt out for bigger implants to Avoid a lift will only be back to square one having a re op and lift within a year maximum 2-3 years but yes they will defo change and rise higher as the implant settles further into the crease line xx

Hi @Scarlett – is it ok to add you? Im currently 12 days post op and am waiting for mine to drop/fluff and whatever they’re supposed to do?! I also breastfed 2 boys and asked dr mounir for fullness back although he did say id need an uplift to get a really good result but i didnt want the scarring so hoping just the implants will do the job but worrying a lot. I had 340 and 380 overs from a b cup. Thank you x

Hi girls, yes i will accept now. I had Dr Mounir and he did an amazing job. My boobs look better and better everyday. So check my before and afters. When i woke up though dr mounir said i wouldnt need an uplift after all. Instead im just going to wear good quality bras to look after them
