Hello I had my rhinoplasty with Dr G in November of last year. From the day the cast was took off I was not very sure of it. I felt it looked very flat and strange but I thought maybe I should give it time as it might just be me shocked at the difference.

I have a few problems with it but the biggest problem is that when I feel up my nose there is something poking out. I think it may be cartilage or something. It is very sore to touch. It has been there for months but I guess I was in denial that something may be wrong. I know I am going to have to go and see the surgeon but I just wondered has anyone had such problems or what are surgeons like if you do need a revision. I feel like if I mention it he might just try and say no because I know they hate doing them. Will I have to pay?

    Thanks for reading..

He said it was normal babe, and just part of the nose that had been rolled back.. it said its part of the nose and will always be there and nothing to worry about.

Yeah he said that to me a month after surgery I hoped it would go down more but you can see it even from the outside. Hmm :(. But that’s just one of my problems.

Hey mya mod. Yes please can you get a nurse to contact me about the cartilage sticking out of my nose. I can feel it coming through the skin and if I touch it or hit my nose my eyes water.

    Thanks
