Not gonna be able to make my 1 week check?

I’ve been dead poorly past two days I’m not gonna make my 1 week po check I’m to sick doctor says I have gastroenteritis not an infection as I originally thought with my boobs.. Any advise on what to do if I can’t get seen by the nurse
