Not happy with implant and how they look , where do I complain to?

Long story short , had overs just under a year ago , asked for firm boobs and bigger , I now have larger boobs that are saggyer then befor and I hate them more , i have left it this long to see if i had some hormonal issues with them as alot of ppl on here have said it took them 6/9/12 month to getbused to them and went through difrent emotions about their new boobs . I also have various issues with how I was delt with on arrival and throughout my stay and aftercare , at the time I think I was just over excited to have boobs I’d love so allowed these wich now seem to be realy big no no’s that happened after hearing from 6 ppl I now knows surgery story’s and feel my service has been bad , I want to know who I can contact , and I’f anyone else has had this ? Thanks

Small saggy c some places b- my pic didnt write in my notes the size she ordered so my surgeon about 1h befor surgery had to guess the size, I didn’t no the size I said I want to b a d,dd max , I now measure either a 32 ff or 32g! I got 410 in the end . A if company said the reason I’m unhapp I should of had UNDERS and smaller implants especially as I want to do fitness comps because overs can end up rippling x

Aw that’s really bad that they didn’t even write down the size! I hope they get this sorted for you asap x
