numb & pain 9 weeks post op

Hey girls I’m 9 weeks post op and my right breaSt has always been numb but is hurting not constantly but just shooting discomfort pains . has anyone else experienced this ? Is it part of the settling ?

I am 4 and half months post op and still get the odd twinge now and again. On both boobs from under nipple to incision they are completely numb x

@amy03 I am 12 days post op and numb but I thought that would go….is it permanent? X

awww are you ? That makes me feel better , it’s only on one boob that’s all and a little spot appeared at the side of my incision and I thought something might be stuck inside because the spot mark is still visible haha but thank you :).

@katrina84 There is a risk that the numbness is permanent but can take ages(as in up to a year) to go away. Mine has slowly been improving.

@amy03 Oh ok….I must have missed that part despite reading through the info pack a number of times lol. I hate the numb feeling as it makes me feel a little disassociated from my body x

I’m 9 weeks post op numbness has gone but still getting shooting pains… So don’t worry.I had 325cc unders still too scared to get measured hoping for at least a c cup, but they look so small. What size did you end up?

ye I’m 10 weeks now but still numb . I had 275 cc mod and I still haven’t got myself measured just because I can’t wear bras yet and wanted to when I’d had my 12 week check up. I’m wearing a 32 c wireless bra though
