I know we are barely into September but I suppose now is as good a time as ever to see who is on the countdown for surgery in October.

Im going in on 19th with Dr Traynor for 450cc overs.

It would be nice to see who else is going in and find some boobie buddies!

I’m in on the 5th October! I booked in July and its flew already so believe me it will be here before we know it ???????? so excited!! Who is your surgeon? I’m having 500 HP overs , not seen anyone with the same date as me yet xxx

Ooh not long at all for you Katie!!!! I am literally on a daily countdown I’m that excited! Mr Traynor seems to have such great reviews, nobody can fault his work, I hope I’m as pleased when my turn comes.

What size are you at the moment? I’m an a/b so with 450 HP overs I’m hoping to achieve a DD, no idea if that’s gonna be what I get! Xx

At the minute I’m probably like you 34A/B, as I’ve lost weight, having 500overs I asked for like an E, he just laughed at first I was like ermmmm does that mean no? Lol. Then he said 500 is biggest he would go so I’m hoping I end up with an E. Who knows!!

Hey Katie, yeah he said to me 300cc too small, 500cc too big and for me to choose inbetween. So that’s why I went with 450cc as I don’t have a teeny tiny frame so if I’m getting them done I want them to look good!!

Wow you are organised! I need to start buying, two Macom bras are first on my list, and a v shaped pillow. Other than those what else do we need? Xx

Erm I’ve got 3 Bras now, bio oil, coco butter, v shaped pillow, slippers, dry shampoo.. Wet wipes. I’ve booked in hairdressers for the night before and the week after cause I don’t think I’ll be able to do it after what girls have said. I need to buy button up PJarmas and a lose tracksuit for the op day,

Oh and some ice packs! Can’t really think of anything else? ????

I’m exactly the same. Wanted my books done for years and now I’m only weeks away it doesn’t feel real.

I was unsure what to do around getting bras/what type/size etc but my PC advised me just to get the macom for the first week as I’ll be leaving well alone and then when I have my 7 day check up to get measured and by more then. Nobody else seems to have done that so not sure what to do xx

Anyway…I’m booked for the 17th October with mr mounir! I’m 5″10 so quite tall…I was originally going for 400ccs (unders) but I keep thinking I may want to go a little bigger! Hoping to achieve a D cup (currently 34 a/b). I’ve heard that going under can sometimes push the implants down so they don’t look as big?! So I’m going to see mr mounir again next week to possibly go for 425/450!

I was also wondering which size post op bra to get…do we just go off back size??

They say 300cc is on average two cup sizes but obviously it can vary so much from one girl to another. I’m the same as you, currently an a/b and hoping to achieve a D/DD with 450 overs, if I’m getting them done I want them to look good so I’m going all out!!
Yeah just go off back size for post op bras, macoms are considered the best xx

I’m hoping the weeks will fly by for us..literally counting down the days. Boobs are constantly on my brain haha.

Ah okay, I’m going to get a couple of macom bras to be going on with then! Just ordered my v pillow after reading the above messages! Never even thought of that but I think it will be a god send.

When do we have I start wearing the support bras? Do we have bandages on at first or just those little plaster things??

And yes…if you’re getting the op may as well go all out! ???? Xxx

Yeah some other girls mentioned they had bought v pillows so I guess we should get them too, although I’m not looking forward to having to sleep in an upright position though I’m sure our new twins will be worth it!!

I believe the bra is put on you either just after surgery or when you come back from recovery, then it has to be worn day and night for 6 weeks. After that I think you can go and get measured for actual bras. Xx

Hi Vicky, ahh I’m so pleased to have someone in on the same day as me with the same surgeon! I’ve just sent you a friend request. Aww I don’t like operations or theatres either, (both of my children were c section babies) but this time it’s for new boobies so we’re gonna be absolutely fine. Mr Traynor is so good at what he does, I’m sure we’re both in safe hands xx

Hi girls, has anyone else who’s booked in for October been asked if they want there op earlier? Panicking now as I’ve been asked if I want to move it forward to September, panicking as I work in a car dealership and can’t have any time off in September, I’m just hoping they don’t need to change my date which is October 5th? Xx

@avaell11 postponed as my MRSA was positive and couldn’t fit in the treatment and retest! Started it now though so fingers crossed its ok and the 30th is only 3 extra weeks! Anyone else booked for the 30th? X

Hi Girls… My OP date is the 25th Oct! I’m having mine with Dr Traynor. So excited!! No nerves what so ever yet… but I haven’t even had time to properly think about it as I’m so busy with work. Iv wanted them doing for as long as I can imagine so probably doesn’t feel real yet. I’m currently a 32a (with a chicken fillet inserted for good meassure) I’m having 425cc HP under the muscle. I really hoping I’m an early admission. Fingers crossed!!

Rachel I’m also a 32a but not going as big as you, I’m hoping for an early admission too!

Abbie, I’m also 5’1/5’2, I found it really helpful looking for people with similar stats and implant size to get a rough idea how they would look… I thought the same thing as you about the m&s bras but they’re only £10 cheaper and the macom comes down under your incision so that’s why I decided to go with a macom. And then I’m just going to get a couple of pairs from either asda or matalan to wear in between washing the macom.

In terms of what I need, I’ve wrote a list down, v pillow, bio oil, arnica, button up loose pyjamas, baby wipes, ice packs. And then I’m also getting a adjustable backrest from Argos. I’m sure there’s a few more bits I haven’t mentioned but Hope that helps a little x

How do you go about buying the right size Macom or any sports bra if you don’t know what size you will be and obviously with the swelling to? I might get one Macom aswel then…. I’ve got the pillow already an bio oil from previous scars but doesn’t seem to make a difference to my scars on my body already… I’ll have to go an get some button up pyjamas! I’ve got my last consultation and pre op on the 28th so im sure I’ll get all the rest of the info then?? Xx

You just get your normal back size, and the cups stretch out. This is what everyone has said on here and what the nurse said to me at my pre op. And for the size I’m going for she advised me what to do with other sports bras. But I think il wait til a bit closer to my op to buy a few different sizes, that way I can return the ones that don’t fit easier… maybe try cocoa butter? Before the op as well as after 🙂 yeah I got a lot of information at my pre op, the nurse was very informative x

Tanith, I’m the same day as you with Mr Mounir! I really can’t wait after nearly 20 years I’ve finally made the decision. I haven’t seen the surgeon yet but wanted them doing well before Christmas so booked surgery. I’ve got my surgeon appointment and pre-op next Tuesday. So excited!!! I’m 32A/B, after reading all of your cc sizes I’m wondering what he’ll pick for me. I don’t want to go ridiculously big but want to see a difference for sure! I reckon D cup would be nice on my frame. X

When I had my app with the nurse for pre op she said I would get it 2 weeks before hand? A have rang he office this morning nd said they would chase it up :/ are u staying over the night of op? Are u going u set the muscle are over xxx

Hi ladies I didn’t get my admission time exactly 24 hours before I needed to go in. Found out Monday lunchtime I was in Tuesday lunchtime so can be as late as that. Think it depends on the hospital. Stayed over night as my surgery was late but got well looked after by everyone ???? Pleased with it all so far 2nd day post op and I’ve been out shopping and out for lunch. Now at home with my feet up.

Oh I was told it’d be like 2 days before when we find out, God knows! I’m having 500hp over the muscle, what are you having? You’re the only girl I’ve seen on here having it on the same date as me! I’m so scared ha. When did you book it? I booked in July and can’t believe how quick it’s Coke round xxx

So nice to hear you’re in the same day as me…I’m hoping I’m hoping for a D cup too. Mr mounir felt that 425cc would achieve a D cup on my frame…everybody’s body is so different though isn’t it! Quite hard to get my head around all of the different sizes! So we are in 3 weeks tomorrow! So exciting…but in starting to get a little nervous. When is your pre-op and at which clinic?

I have got my Consultation with Mr Mounir on Thursday 6th October and Pre-op on Saturday 8th Oct and the big Op on Monday 31st October at Preston can’t wait abit apprehensive because i want to be around a 36/38C and dont want to go too big want as natural as possible
