Offered anatomicals:/

Hiya I’ve just had a consultation and was expected to be be offered HP round implants placed under the muscle but following examination I’ve been advised to get 255 or 290 anatomical implants because I want to achieve a round shape and upper pole fullness? Surely this would be achieved better with a round implants! I was told I have the choice of partials or overs and now I’m so confused! Had my heart set on round 280cc implants and now I don’t know any help would be greatly appreciated xx
