One boob bigger and lower

Girls I had assymtry so had 375/350 which looked fine after the op but now I’m 3 weeks the bigger one is quite a lot bigger and hangs lower ! Is this permanent has anyone else me had this?? I’ve put a pic here too if it uploads.

Did you have unders?
Your left looks to have droped and fluffed abit compared to your right xx

Hi Clarissa, do you mean the one that started out bigger looks bigger now or the one that had the bigger implant looks bigger? I had asymmetry but had an uplift as well and ended up having 325s in both sides but now I feel as though the smaller one still looks smaller. Pre-op I was meant to have a bigger implant in the smaller side to balance me out. I know they can’t guarantee that you will ever look evenly matched but I’ll be gutted if using matching implants results in me still being very uneven as that was one of the main reasons for my surgery in the first place. On my initial after pic they do look even but 4 days later in my Macon bra they don’t ? Xx

I forgot to ask, what’s this ‘fluffing out’ that everybody keeps mentioning? Xx

Hi. I am 3 weeks post surgery. Had high profile partials and I am exactly same as you. Had asymetry and diffetent sizes of implants. The bigger ones are higher and they didn’t drop as much as the other. Have seen surgeon he said it is totally normal and might take a good couple of weeks or even months to settle properly and it is still too early for final results..
Hope you feel a bit better about it now. I was worried as well but like I said my doctor said to give them some time and you can find same info in the internet.

Fluffing means get softer ☺

Hey girls my boob with the mole on was bigger so he put a smaller implant in that one but now the other one is bigger ! Can never win ! And janelle I had unders, it’s only recently that has stated to look bigger but I’m worried maybe it was always like that but I didn’t notice as they both had swelling! Praying they even out ?

Hi Clarissa , I had unders to 275cc and 230cc tear drops 3 weeks ago and my one boob has dropped and looks bigger then then the other I am worried too , but I’m sure it will even out its still early days and with them being unders they probably take longer X

Hi Clarissa,
it’s totaly normal. I was having the same problem. But after a while, my boobs dropped to the same level. Speaking about asymmetry, if you have a big asymmetry the operation will help you a lot, but they will be always slightly different in size. For the dropping of the implant it’s crucial to wear good post op. bra. I opted for Lipoelastic, cause Macon was too uncomfy for me. And it helped me a lot.

I had slight asymmetry, my right was abit smaller than my left and also my right had less volume at the top, it kind of scooped down like a ski slope ? (Its the left boob on the pic tho as its my right but the pics left)
My left had more volume
I started as 32B and had 450HP unders
Im now a 34DD/32E
