one boob tight and sore – 7 weeks post op

Hi ladies I hope you can help. Been applying my bio oil and my left boob seems tighter/ slightly sore in comparison to my right. Mainly towards my chest bone sore to touch and less movement when moving them. This boob is on the side that I have a more protruding ribcage but can’t think it’s anything to do with that. Can anyone help it’s not bad or causing issues just tougher and still not dropping? I had 445 unders xx

I’m having the same issue with my right, i was told at my 6 week check that I need to see surgeon so he can take a look. I’m hoping that after showing me some massaging techniques it will soften and drop. Did the nurse say anything at your check up? I also had unders so I know they take longer to settle but it’s so worrying! xx

Hey hun, the surgeon saw me at 5 weeks and he said everything was fine I could start lying on my front and be less careful to help loosen them up and come back in a year. Its not excessive just strange. I have been on you tube looking at massage techniques. Both aren’t very squishy but it’s the top right part of my left boob that’s firm the rest us fine x
