ouch that sounds painful!! i had my first small bath yesterday but didn’t touch my boobs as i was too scared to get the dressings wet. i am 4 days post op today so feeling a bit more human apart from back ache and slightly sickness from the antibiotics ☺️ xx

I had mine done on Tuesday and in so much pain. Can’t really do anything for myself, boobies are sore and tight, keep getting a burning pain through the left one (which seems to be worse) too. Didn’t think it would be this bad, or maybe I’m just a wuss! Made a sandwich for my daughter last night and had a dizzy turn straight after. Taking my painkillers regularly as I’m too frightened not to and have tried ice packs for the swelling. Know I have to get through this to get to the good bit but just wondering how long it lasts for xxx

abbie if you are feeling dizzy a lot you should call your nurse asap, i have struggled a bit and my nurse has called me everyday since my op with advice and to see how i am, she’s been a star! it’s normal to feel like you’ve gone through the mill after your boob job, I feel a bit crap, mostly at night but continuous painkillers, rest, antibiotics and taking it easy will do wonders for your recovery! the first week or two i heard were the worst! hope you feel better soon! xxx

Thanks Helen, don’t wish the pain on anyone but it’s reassuring to know that other people are going through it too. Think I’m just really impatient and not great at doing nothing! Moved about a bit today even managed a quick bath but arms still dead stiff and feel like I’ve got two bowling balls on my cheast!! Keep looking at Victoria’s Secret website to cheer myself up xx

Ah hope yous feel better soon! My nurse rang me today and i told her what i felt (i also nipped into town cos i couldnt get my nosering back in so wanted the piercer to try and had the pain again a few times!!) And she told me thats my bodys way of saying just chill out and rest!! So tomorrow i am staying home all day and taking it as easy as possible!! X

yeah it’s reassuring that you can talk to others about their recovery process and know that there’s girls who are feeling exactly the same right now. i think the summer heat at night isn’t helping either! i am exactly the same i cried the other night because i felt bad that my boyfriend is working then coming home and looking after me πŸ™ then i remembered i did the same for him for 3 months while his ACL was repaired with surgery so we are even πŸ˜‰ xx

Ha there is no way I could venture out anywhere either Abbie the way I’m feeling. I had unders on Wednesday and finding it so painful. Feeling queezy from all the tablets today too….keeping dosed up and can’t imagine feeling ok again to not take painkillers but know we’ll get there. I know I’ve a low pain threshold but didn’t think I was this much of a wuss ? Xx
