Op called off right before due to go down!

Today was meant to be my big day. Was up ready soo excited not one bit of Nervs. Get to the hospital get everything rolling straight away met me Minour who drew up what he needed on me then nothing. Waited for soo long. Got a knock at the door to be told there wasn’t enough staff at the clinic to go ahead with the list for the day. What a disappointment. Never felt so angry in my life.
To make things worse I had my mother on my case telling me it’s fate and that I shouldn’t go ahead anymore to leave it and find a different company. My head was all over the place and ended up screaming and shouting at her in the hospital for everyone to hear. Mya have apologised endlessly since and have promised to reimburse the money spent on hotels and travel. Just waiting for a date that I will actually get my op 🙁 sorry to rant on just needed to let some steam off and maybe get some advice. Xx

This is terrible. My operation is on Saturday. Have they given you a new date yet?

I would be the same, its such a never wracking experience and to go through all that for nothing is just terrible.
I hope Mya sorts this out the amount we pay surley they can afford to get enough nurses in

That’s awful Hun! I’m at Preston in 3 weeks with Mr Mounir, 2 hour drive away so booked a hotel! I’ll be fuming if it happens to me! I hope your ok babe and they get you sorted quickly! xxx

So sorry to hear that Hun, I had similar last week. They got my dates mixed up & if I hadn’t called to check my admission time I would’ve ended up going down there. On the phone my PC said it wasn’t even booked. Had already booked child are, annual leave & a carer for myself. I was fuming. Luckily the gave me can alternative & discount. I have to say they dealt with it all very we’ll indeed. You have every right to be p***d off. Just make sure you are on their case & keep calling to check progress. Hope you don’t kind the add as well Hun xxx

Thankyou ladies. I will be getting a call today when I can go back hopefully. It’s just so annoying iv been so down because of it. Didn’t realise how much I wanted it until I was told it wouldn’t go ahead yesterday. Woke up thismorning thinking I should be waking up with boobs 🙁 I really hope it’s soon been waiting so long 🙁 yeah I was at first trust fingers crossed yours goes as planned! Xx
