Op done 24th June 270cc & 300cc unders

Hi girls,
I’ve finally had my op on Friday and i still can’t believe I’ve done it! I say this because I am such an anxious nervous person and it’s taken me nearly 8 years to finally do it.

After being so indesisive on sizes I chose 270 (left) & 300cc (right) I had slight assymetry hense the different size implants. I started as a 32a/32b (depending where I shop for bras) so literally had nothing to start and just wanted to be a C small D max.

Recovery hasn’t been no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I feel more soreness/tightness in my chest more then I’d say pain. The worst for me is sleeping upright, my back absolutely kills me but I’m still sleeping at night so I can’t complain at all. It’s horrible trying to get up out of bed but I had My bf to help me up so best advice is to make sure you have someone helping you the first few days atleast.

Today I am 5 days PO and have stopped my pain meds (co-dydramol) due to not being in any pain as the soreness Is bearable plus the constipation is awful, literally the worst part of this for me so far ? (Sorry to mention just wanted to be honest lol)

I have uploaded a pic hopefully it works. I still have bandages on until Friday so I can’t really see them properly.

Hi Carly would it be ok to add you? What profile did you go for? I have been suggested 300 mid profile under also. Want to be a full C. Yours looks great so far x

Hi Carly glad your recovering well, looks great so far. Iv got a meeting with my surgeon tomorrow to make a decision on a size for the 28th July . I’m currently a very deflated 34a- small 34b and wanted the same results like you full c-d cup. Iv already been advised by the surgeon to have teardrop mid profile partial under as it’s mainly to top part of my boobs that have deflated due to breastfeeding. He also suggested 250cc but after doing a rice test and hearing that you loose cc’s under the muscle I’m thinking I need to go bigger. Are you happy with 270 and do you think it’s really any bigger then 250? Not sure if I should just be brave and do 300. So stressful!

@c-c-1924 Hi Claire, yes it is so stressful I literally was still deciding on the day of my op which size to go for, it was really stressing me out so I do understand!
The reason I chose 270 & 300 to the 240 &270 was because you lose a percentage going under the muscle and I didn’t want to only go up 1 cup size. I wanted to go to atleast a c cup so my surgeon said to go for the slightly bigger sizes if I wanted to achieve the look I wanted from my wish pics.
These sizes are only 30cc different to each other and if you measure out 30 in the rice sizers it’s a really tiny difference.
At the moment I’m happy with the size from what I can see but i need to wait until Friday when I have the strapping removed, I will let you know how I get on ?

Here is a pic of me 1 week post op on Friday when I had the strapping taken off.
I’m happy with the size so far, and cannot wait for them to start dropping and form a nice shape.

Wow yours look absolutely gorgeous! Did you go over or under?? My op is a week today and I still aren’t sure whether to go over or under!xx

@samanthakelley Thank you! I’ve had under the muscle partials.
I didn’t have a choice as I didn’t have much breast tissue to start with but I wanted the most naturals look and apparently unders is best for the natural look.

aww carly you seem so honest, how refreshing, after 7days how were you feeling? when were you up and about? do you normally heal quite well, i’m a major wuss!

@sparklesparkler aww thanks. From the minute I got home the day after my op I was up walking around my house most of the day, obviously still taking it easy with little arm movement.
I was sore rather than in any pain and the first time I went out my house was day 7 to have the strapping off. I was fine but had to make sure my driver drive slow over bumps. It feels weird when I walk like the implants are going to fall off my chest ?? that feeling is slowing going away.
Yeah I’d say I normal heal pretty well, recovery haven’t been in agony pain like I was expecting just uncomfortable.

Can I ask why you had to have the bandages on? This is something I forgot to ask at my consultation! Why some do an some don’t xx

@samanthakelley Thank you Hun. Yeah I know it must be so hard for you to decide give the choice. Have you shown your surgeon wish pics? They might be able to advise the best way to achieve the look your after. Might make your decision easier for you x

@samanthaxox Hi Samantha, I know all surgeons have their own preferences but my surgeon uses strapping to keep the implants in place x

@samanthaxox I know I can’t believe how much they have changed! It def helps taking pictures. I love the shape of them but scared they are getting too big lol x

I’m feeling really good but they ached so much after I had the strapping off. I would have liked 300 but could only fit 255 in I had teardrops so very natural I’m currently 32 d / dd but really the back is too big so more like a 30dd so I’m pleased after such small implants can’t wait to drop/settle they still feel rock hard!! When did you feel completely back to normal? X bet your so happy x

@weefairy Hi Heather, I’m currently wearing 34C sports bra and I asked to be a full C cup so I’m happy with the size at the moment. Without a bra on I think they look bigger then they are, in clothes I look the same like I did before wearing my padded bra.
The second week my boobs started to form shape and got bigger, I did panic for a few days but this week the swelling has gone down even more and I’m starting to like them more 🙂

@torilou I feel your pain, I had strapping too and mince ached afterwards. 255 is a nice size, when will you have pics up? Would love to see your results so far ☺️ My boobs are still quite hard too I can’t wait for them to soften.
i am nearly 3 weeks PO and this week I feel more myself I’m not as uncomfortable anymore. How far PO are you? X
