    Hi girls.
I am so over whelmed that my op has actually gone ahead as I was forever worrying something would happen for it to be cancelled but it’s done!!
I’ve had 350cc under the muscle, high profile with Gary Traynor. My admission was 8am and I would say I went down for my actual surgery at just before 12. It didn’t drag at all and the day ran really really smoothly to be honest. My bloody pressure dropped quite a lot and they said I took a while to wake up. I’m not going to lie I am really really not doing well with the pain. And I do have quite a high pain threshold as I am used to pain from my crohns! I think I maybe played it down to myself as a lot of people don’t seem to suffer to much on here or maybe they arnt as soft as mr haha! I literally had nothing before hand though so I can imagine there’s a lot of stretching and pulling going on underneathe there. I didn’t have strapping or drains or a breast band so just my MACOM! I’ve been free to have a good nosey.
I’m going to try and attach a picture. I think before I didn’t know what kind of gap I had because I didn’t really have boobs and I feel my gaps a lot bigger than I thought it was .. Could any of you give me advice on wether you think it will come together a little bit as they drop and fluff out? I know it’s not massive and they can’t change your gap but I’m hoping it does come together a bit more once they settle!
If anyone has any question please feel free to ask me!!! Xxxx

They say it doesn’t but in all the pics I’ve seen after 3-6 months when they have dropped and fluffed the gap definetely reduces from the pictures I’ve looked at. They look lovely! C

Hi Hannah, I had Mr Traynor too. I am 4 weeks post op now. I think the gap between mine has closed more since they have dropped and fluffed a bit. Since they have softened a bit I think I will be able to create cleavage with the right bra but still in sports bras and macom for another 2 weeks.
I was a bit worried how they looked in the first week as they were really high up and fake looking but they soon begin to look and feel like normal boobs.
Hope you have a good recovery. Any pain is worth in in the end! X

I can’t even decide if I have a big gap or not I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or not as I’ve never actually thought about it until I had them done as its never something that bothered me cos I just hated my boobs in general haha!
They’re so high and stuck on now and don’t move at all which is obviously to be expected! But like you both said they should Defo change when they drop and fluff out!

Helen did you find they got bigger as the weeks have gone on as I’ve seen so many people say they go smaller and bigger again! .. Just so glad it’s finally done!!! Xxxxx

Thanks for the reassurance hayley.. I’m being super paranoid thinking it’s really big!! ?? but it’s so hard not to be picky when they’re like stuck on haha!

Hey Missy! Mine are HP round Hun, my friends actually just had 380 tear drop unders with a different company though and they look amazing!! Roughly the same size as mine and hers are settling really well she’s a week post op ! Xxx

Hannah, I think they look bigger as they have dropped and fluffed, but they look a more natural shape . In the first week my sports bra was an F cup and was tight, I thought it would have been too big now after 4 weeks but it is still a bit tight. I’m looking forward to getting measured properly in a few weeks.
I tried an online bra size calculator and I measure a 34F I wasn’t expecting that! They actually don’t look that big!

@helenlouisew wow bet your buzzing with that size haha! I will Defo try the calculator when I can move! The pains so much more than I ever imagined!! My left boob hurts so much more than my right is this normal? I’ve only got macoms so not even sure what sports bra I’m fitting in at the moment! I bet your so excited to finally wear normal bras and stuff! Xxx

They look really good @hachb 🙂 ! Did you go a back size up in the Macom? Mine has arrived today and i’ve ordered small (32) as I saw people on the forum with similar stats saying the medium was too big. Worried that it will be too tight when i’m swollen straight after though x

@charis-sapphire hey Hun. I got the 32 ( small) and it fits fine! I do keep needing the odd break from it though hah.. You should stay at your original back size the nurse said to me and the MACOM website says so I did that and it has been right Hun xxxxx

@hachb I was 32/34B before depending on where bra was from, but I still never really filled the bra if you know what I mean. I had 450cc hp implants over the muscle.
I am so happy with them now. Initially one was slightly larger but they have evened out now and look more or less the same. I was surprised by how painful it was for the first week, but I had quite a lot of bruising and swelling. I don’t deal well with pain though, I’m a wimp!
It’s given me so much more confidence in myself, I wish I had done it years ago instead of waiting! X
