Op gone really badly wrong please help

Ok so I finally set my mind to having cui 525 implants overs- I agreed this with my consultant months ago, went to have my op today spoke with my surgeon and assumed he would of known what I wanted, (525 overs) as is was confirmed. Got there today to be told a 525 won’t fit in my breast – which pissed me of as this was agreesed, I had to pay a extra 600 to get the naturelle implants as one size down in the cui was 460 which is way to small- so ended up getting naturelle 495 – woke up the surgeon has gone under the muscle I am devastated they knew the look I was going for was big – hence why I paid the extra 600 and while I had always insisted uvers I’d shown pictures and everything- my consultant knew so why didn’t my surgeon I am extremely unhappy dissapounted and do not want them re done at the same place – what do I do please help they have offered to do again for free but I do not trust them would rather have it done somewhere else – can I get my mone back ?? Xxxxxxx

Don’t think you can get your money back !! As they are greedy b…………… They never seem to listen to the patient and tend to do what they think your pc at fault she should let you know what’s going on prompt before surgery you wanted overs they have you unders appalling …. It properly be at another hospital a different surgeon good luck let us know how you get on x

Not with mya – I was originally going to do with mya as it was my first consultation after many comsultations i decided to go elsewer
I’m so dissapounted I can’t actually believe what’s happened, I’m actually quite traumatised I amso dissapounted even more so because I was so excited that I was going to have perfect big busty new boobs, I never once said under the muscle not sure if you can see my older posts but there all about 525 overs cui implants – I was worried they would be to big however finally decided that’s what I was going to go for, the way I feel like right now is I don’t want surgery ever again even to correct- I’m appalled how a dr can make such a silly big mistake, I am a human being and what I have had to go through is not right, I want my money back I do not want them done again no way – the thought of it makes me sick I am no wer near ready and I’m not sure I ever will be, they know they made a mistake and said they would offer me a free boob job and compensate – what do I do, what do you’s think xxxxx

I researched for 5 months I knew exactly Wat I wanted which makes it all the more devasting I hate them they are far apart- one of the reasons I was going for overs as my natural boobs wer apart and I hated it
I wanted a large breast and there tiny even whilst swollen
I really don’t know what to do so upset 🙁 along with all my friends and family it’s all good and well saying they can do me again for free but this is not convenient I’m not confident in having them done again I can’t get another week off of work, I have holidays booked -im so sorry to rant on but Im so confused right now I’ve ended up with a completely different implant a different brand and size and in a different place to what was confirmed how the hell has this happened 🙁

Babe I am absolutely appalled, you must be horrified!! I was given different implants too, was expecting soft touch moderates but found out from my I.D card I have responsives high profile but they’re still overs like I asked for, I cannot believe a mistake like that can be made though..fight them on this you more than likely have a strong case hun xxx

Oh Hun I really don’t know what to say,iv not had mine done yet but would be feeling exactly the same if the above happened to me,itssucha silly mistake to make it shouldn’t have happened end of.i don’t blame u for not wanting to go ahead for re op either but why should u gave something ur not happy with,let us know how u get on xxx

Which company did u go to hun? I had mine done yestoday and had to sign and agree to what i wanted which was 520 overs before surgeon even drew on me , so basicly i was signing on the size and implant decision as consent did u sign for unders or overs? If u signed overs not unders then they did something without consent and im sure ul have a case for that in court especially if ur traumatised by surgery now and cant bring urself to get it corrected it meams its effected u. So if they wont refund take the company to court and ull probably get more than what u paid for damages xxx

I’m not sure what I signed, I always told the surgeon I wanted overs I’ve never even thought about having unders, I have emails from me to the consultant confirming I’m having overs and her ordering me 525s I have 495 unders how has this happend, if I signed unders does this ruin my chances of getting any of this sorted, I don’t know what the hell has gone on I’ve never spoke about unders with anyone

Jerry if you haven’t signed anything stating you agree to the size and unders you definitely have a good change of suing… get all you info together or emails ect. ring round claim companies I think you will easy sue if its causing you distress… still cnt believe they have done that to you abs disgusting, what company did you go with? xx

@jerry, there are plenty of claims solicitors that will help you sue – you will get loads for phsychological damages. I had a hairbrush melt into my hair when I was using a hairdryer – wasn’t even that bad – and I sued the shop for £4k. You can defo get your money back – it’s medical negligence. I am amazed that they agreed to 525cc then said they wouldnt fit, but still put 495cc in you – that is only 30cc difference – not even a quarter of a cup size! How can they say that 525 won’t fit?! You have definitely got a case if you have all the emails/paperwork etc. That said though (as a bit of reassurance), you are early days, and once you d+f, you will be bigger, 495 is a big implant, even under the muscle. Under muscle implants get loads bigger, but it takes a while x x x
