Hi Hun, I had my op yesterday, I feel ok but getting up and stuff I need help with. I can’t lift my arms up so there’s no way I’d be able to put my hair up or anything. I think u will need help at least for the 1st few days. Hope this helps and good luck ? Xx

Where are u having your implants(over/under) i had partials and didn’t have any pain really, but my friend had unders and she was complaining alot! I think it’s different for each person.. If you’re a drama queen sitting feeling sorry for yourself then you’ll have pain.. But if you’re like me & just soldiers on through things it’ll all be a breeze? Xx

I’m a single parent of a 21 month old and I’m 4 weeks post op. I actually cannot believe how plain sailing this has all been. I thought I was going to struggle for weeks but there was no way I was laying around feeling sorry for myself or able too and I’ve been perfectly able to do anything. My mum had to lift my little boy into his cot for me as I knew I shouldn’t lift but otherwise I could manage perfectly well. I did have a friend wash my hair for me though as I tried to not lift my arms up/reach too much to aid my recovery. Don’t be scared about the post op it’s absolutely nothing compared to labour! Good luck xx
