    Hi Girls,
Got my op on Saturday, and looking forward to getting my new boobies, but since last night I’ve had an overwhelming feeling of nervousness. Any advice on how to get over the nerves? I’ve never been under anesthetic before. Also any advice on what to take and aftercare? I’m a bloody nervous wreck and there’s still 5 days to go x

    Hello,
I had my opp yesterday at half 3 and honestly I can assure you the nerves ate not worth it although completely normal I was so excited on the day to get my new boobs but when I got to the hospital I was a mess I felt so sick, as soon as I had seen my nurse and surgeon I was fine! They make you feel so calm! And before you know it your waking up with your new boobs! Feel free to ask me any questions! Xx

Thanks Jade, I don’t know what’s wrong with me, nothing normally phases me, but I’ve got constant butterflies in my stomach and can’t sleep! What was the anaesthetic like? I think that’s what I’m most nervous about. I don’t mind pain, but I’m not sure how I’ll fair with no food for 6 hours + xx

I think the good things the worst but when you get there you forget all about it because your just so excited!! Well I did anyway and when I woke up I got offered toast and tea almost straight away so that was good! And I was petrified of been put to sleep but it’s nothin to worry about, you feel a tiny scratch and before you can think about it your asleep I don’t remember a thing ha!! Xx

Hi hun!! I had my op on the 3rd of April. I was petrified about being put to sleep and I can honestly say that going under general anesthetic was the highlight of my whole experience, I abosolutely loved it. You have nothing to worry about, only advice I can give is enjoy it and make sure you have some one to look after you first few days, as you will need all the help you can get. Good luck!! xx
