Franki you can wear whatever you like to the clinic as long as you have a change for afterwards I’d suggest a loose button or zip up top, pull up loose trousers and slip on footwear. I’m sure your surgeon will have chosen the right size/shape based on your frame and skin elasticity – they are the experts. If it’s planned to be a hot day take a hand fan, you may get bored pre op but I just used my phone I couldn’t really settle. It will all be fine you won’t even know it’s happened to you till you wake up. One thing I would defo suggest is eat and drink as much as possible up to your cut off point. I hadn’t eaten for 114 hours before so afterwards I was pretty weak xx

You’ll be fine! I’m the worlds biggest baby and although I was nervous on the way the nurses and PS put my mind at rest and before you know it you will be in recovery 🙂 enjoy your day 🙂 x
