Op yesterday – cannot sleep

I did have alot of sleep yesterday but could not sleep a wink last night (hence typing this at 5am) 🙁 ..Is this normal?.. Needing my pain killers desperately, very sore today xx

I think so because I’m exactly the same except I got no sleep yesterday after haha xxx

Yeah so was mine! I went down about 2:15. Have an overnight stay though so I’m still here. How are you feeling?xx

I was admitted at 7.30 and had op about 10.30am. Was discharged about 5pm. When I got up this morninf I felt horrible. Now laid on sofa and dont feel as bad. What size did you have? xx

You had your op as I arrived then haha. I feel terrible, I’ve had about 3 hours sleep and hardly slept the night before op too. Can’t wait to get into my own bed and not be attached to all these tubes. I had 400cc and it’s a killer haha. How about you?xx

Ohh bless you! Not good! I hope you soon get to go home. I know staying the night is safer but it was nice being in my own bed. I started with an A, had 275cc & 325cc! My poor lefty was alot smaller. They feel massive to me, I bet yours feel huge xxx

So do I haha, but I live 2 hours away by car so got that journey to look forward to. I’m still draining so much blood so glad I did stay in. How did it feel when you had them taken out? I was a small b. what size are you aiming/hoping to be.? I dunno haha, I woke up and I didn’t feel like they were obviously massive but my mum says thaey are haha, I blame the swelling although mine has got squisher since coming back round so I’m happy about that xxx

Good you stayed in then hun! 🙂 I live 2 hours away too and my journey home wasnt bad at all. We even called into tesco on way home to get my prescription. I hardly felt my left drain, but I felt the right 1. It doesnt hurt its just a weird feeling. They felt strange after, and the nurses said it was completely normal. Hoping to be a full C, small D 🙂 My looked majorly swelled today. The things us women do lol! Its all I have ever wanted though, just cant believe I have finally done it 😀 xxx

Sorry Chloe I fell asleep – finally haha. Ah good at least it was ok, I’m hoping mine will be quite smooth because it’s Sunday and hoping it’ll be quite quiet. Mm that might be a good idea! And I can’t wait to get this thing out my hand, it’s like I’m on a lead but it’s not even on anymore haha. Hopefully it’ll be easy for me, I don’t even know where they’re stuck in, I tried to follow it under the strapping but couldn’t haha. That’s cool, I’m hoping to be a DD. Mine are feeling numb/tingly this morning. I know, why we put ourselves through the pain is beyond me but same here. I’ve told my mum since I was 10/11 I wanted it done due to bullying and I’m so glad I have now, I kept looking at bras when I went shopping and was getting excited hahah xx

Oh yay finally! 🙂 I’ve had a little nap. Lol! I didnt even know I had drains until I needed a wee! My bf said Oh I did see them but didnt know what they were, bless lol!!

… i cant wait to go bra shopping and to buy my first ever low cut top 😀 xxx

Chloe, I got 275 cc in one of mine and 250 in the other so will be interested to see how yours develop over time, as atm I can’t figure out sizing etc due to the strapping! Hope you are doing good and I feel ya on the low top comment …!x

Ohh lord, yeah you know. Umm, have you got strapping as I recommend (only if you have one obvs) putting sports bra over it, as with the soreness, this actually helped me as it didn’t feel like it was as unprotected and rubbing! I had mine on Tuesday. Each day is going so quickly though.. madness! x

I’m 5 days PO and still have very dappled sleep! I nap in the day when I can to make up for it because sleep is very important for healing 😀 HA! Hope you girls are recovering well! And are happy with your new assets 🙂 xxx

I will try the sports bra to see if it eases it. Oh good, bet you cant wait to have your strapping off 🙂

Omg same! I’m from Lincolnshire, my closest clincic is Nottingham. How did you sleep last night hun? I’ve had about 8 hours, feeling a little better 🙂 xxx
