Hey girlies! Quick question! When I get up in the morning, as soon as I get upright my boobs really hurt for like 10-15 seconds! Or even in the evening sometimes if I’ve been lying down and then get to sit up they do it! It’s just like 10-15 seconds but it’s painful and it’s the only time I get/have been in pain! Is this normal?! And if so how long does it tend to last for!? Had the all clear from my nurse to sleep fully on my back but don’t want to yet as I know the pain will be more in the morning if I’m fully on my back :/

Your body is still trying to get used to the new boobs, that’s all…before whenever you stood up, your body could handle the weight of the boobs, now it has to adjust to the extra, your body just needs to build up the power to carry the weight (hope you understand this as it sounds bizarre) for about the first week I felt like I was suffocating, it’s just because my lungs had to work harder to push out the boobs so they could fill up. Everything is fine, don’t worry 🙂 xx
