overs – drop and fluff?

Hi girls
anyone who has had overs, at what point did you notice drop and fluff being with your new boobs?
i know everyone is different but there must be a rough timescale after surgery.

mine are dropped and fluffed im 5 weeks po but they change loads after week 1 xxx
