    I’m still confused on overs or under.. what is the difference?? Everyone I’ve spoken to said look wise nothing!

    I think overs you recover quicker and less pain xx

    Unders have less chance of rippling showing. Your surgeon will advise you, I had unders because my tissue was quite thin and the implant would have been visible had I gone with overs x

    Overs are more likely to have that “fake” look than unders, but doesn’t mean they’ll necessarily look fake. Unders are usually if you want a more natural look. Overs have a higher chance of rippling and higher chance that you can see the edges of the implant. Overs also makes it more difficult in the future when having mammograms than if you were to have unders, so you’d have to have more extensive testing. Overs do have a shorter recovery period though.
