Overs or Unders… Really need opinions please !

Hi girls

I’m really confused and could do with some advice. I had my consultation with Dr Traynor tonight and when I asked whether to have overs or unders he said overs, as they only really do unders for people who are an A or smaller.

I’m 5ft 6, 11 stone (size 10/12) and a good size 34B now. I’m stuck between 375/400cc or 400cc/420cc (I’m slightly asymmetrical apparently although I’ve never really noticed it myself)

I’ve heard a lot of girls say they wished they had got the bigger size. But I’m worried if I have overs then 400/420cc will look like footballs on my chest. But if I go for the 375/400 I’m wondering if I’d regret not going for bigger. I want to be a D really. I’m trying to make them as natural as possible so when he said I don’t need unders I was pretty upset.

He said he could do unders but there’s not much point as I have some breast tissue. But he will do unders if I’m adamant that’s what I want.

Is there really that much of a difference in overs or unders? What would any of you do in my situation? I’m so confused.

100% go for the bigger size they always look big in sizers but smaller in your body. I’m had 335 and wish I went bigger!!
Without doubt overs are going to look more ‘fake’ like but you also don’t want double bubble.
I had a very similar discussion between 2 surgeons one wanted me to have overs the other unders – maybe try another surgeon if you don’t feel happy xx

Thanks Lauren, did you decide on unders? I’m thinking I’m going to decide on unders. There seems a less risk involved with unders with regards to capsular contracture/rippling etc x

I went with unders because of those exact reasons and looks more natural -don’t forget if you are going for unders you will lose a bit of size xx

Yeah that’s true. I’ve decided if I go for unders I’ll have 400cc and if I have overs I’ll have 375cc. Finding it really difficult to make a decision on overs or unders, my surgeon has told me there’s no point doing unders as I’ve got breast tissue but I just think they look better overall and have less complications

Iv had my op with Dr traynor today. And I would go with what he says overs.
He is bloody amazing and I’m so happy with my result and what he’s done. Iv had 375cc.
Plus I’m in no pain, and I no unders are a lot more painful.
I’d google if your stuff unsure and read to pros and cons about having unders and overs, and I did this before I seen Dr
Traynor and had decided I wanted overs, and he said overs anyway, but I new he knows what he’s talking about. So would of gone with what ever her said. He’s an amazing surgeon and I’m so happy I trusted him. Xxx
