You will be in pain regardless of what bra you put on. If you have a Macon bra and it feels tight that’s good. It means that you are well supported. Bear with it! Make sure you take your pain killers. It’s very important to wear a good supporting bra. You have paid good money for your boobs you need to look after them! Hope you are feeling better soon! Xx

Hi Chloe, I had my op yesterday too and I’m in a lot more pain than I was expecting after reading lots of posts on here! I had unders which is meant to be worse, and the strapping and band is so tight, so I don’t think that’s helping! I’m hoping I’m not like this for too long, hate not being able to do the simplest of things!! But it was only yesterday, maybe we are being hard on ourselves! Hope yours feel better soon! Xx

Hiya huni hope your ok, I really feel for you I no what your going through, as soon as I woke up in recovery I was in agony, I was taking pain killers often and nothing took the pain away I couldn’t ever seem to get comfortable, I had nothing but problems with my bras none would fit me, I was in London at the time my partner actual had to cut most of the elastic of my bra as all I did was cry all night that my bra was digging into me, I did change my bra the next day thou Hun when I got a new one, things do get better thou the pain lasted for about 7 days then just felt pressure and tightness of my chest, I’m now 11 days po. Just hang in there I promise in a few days your feel like a new person I know it can be very emotional. Sending you lots of love ???? xxxx
