I’m having trouble with pain in my heel of all places! I think it’s pressure pain from sleeping on my back (never usually sleep on my back) and it woke me up a couple of times during the night with sharp shooting pains! Tried changing positions with my feet/leg but I’m worried im lying wonky and it’ll affect my healing/results lol. Any tips?! Xx

Try putting something soft under your heels, I put my dressimg gown under my heels for the first time last night and it solved the problem! Wish I’d done it from night 1!

Hey my 1st with op with the implants uplift I had 8 weeks of sleeping upright and with the 2nd week I got a long sussage pillow. From Dunelms and I had put that cross my bed and put my legs over it so it was under the bk of my Knees this helps keep the pressure off your back which then gose to your legs I so found this comfy to and stops u slipping down the night if your unsure on wot I mean il stick a pic in my album xx
