    Hey ladies

I’m 9dpo after going from 32aa and having 400cc unders. I can off the strong painkillers yesterday aswell as having my strapping removed and since then I feel like I’m in as much as agony as 1dpo. I hadn’t been wearing my surgical bra up to now but it is majorly digging into me and I just feel awful. Is this normal? What can I do to help? I’m desperate for some more of the strong painkillers but my boyfriend doesn’t think I’ll be aloud anymore as they’re addictive.

Really need to do something as I just feel like I’m going backwards and after the night from hell last night I’m just feeling so so fed up! Any advice would be much appreciated – please tell me it gets better!!!

It will gets better hun xxx what kind of bra do you have at the moment ?? You have to walk around a bit and also rest a lot between. Give yourself a time , every body is different, you had unders which is very painful and also big implants that’s why it may cause more pain . Do you taking any muscle relaxants ? Call to your coordinator and ask for an apoitment with nurse, maybe she will give you some medicines. Hope you feel better soon xx

Hiya charlotte, a brand of bra that is very comfortable is the renolife by annette (can be found on amazon with prime delivery for a reasonable price), aswell as the recova. I love my two from asda but seems they have discontinued them online at the moment, if you have a macom it may be worth trying one of the softer cotton ones ive mentioned as they have a bit more give and seem to be alot more comfortable on incisions, but at the same time are still supportive. As Daria mentioned, try to get up every few hours or so to mobilise yourself, i ended up feeling so much better after getting up and around even if just for 5 minutes. so sorry to hear you are in a lot of pain right now hunbut hopefully things will get better for you soon xx

They didn’t give you Robaxin? You poor thing 🙁

I’m 10dpo and came off pain killers at day 5 and then the last two I’ve been so sore again with bruising coming out left right & centre it’s making me wonder wtf I did this for, lol.

Deffo either call nurse at MYA and try get Robaxin (they work so well!) or go to your gp and ask for them. I found paracetamol and Robaxin work just as well if not better than cocodamol.

Are you taking Arnica? Try get your other half to get some 30c at any Lloyds pharmacy (he needs to ask for it) as it does help with swelling.

    Sending you healing vibes.

Second the bra advice. The macoms are not comfy. Get a nice soft cotton one. The ones I got on Ebay are so comfy. And much cheaper. The M goes comfortably to a 34D and the L is for 36 D, DD etc I had to buy large (had 350cc HP, on a 32 pre op back)
