Painful Nipples

Hi ladies, just wonder if all of you after strappings removed having really painful nipples? What I can do to reduce a bit pain?

mine were awful really super sensative but the nurse did basically rip the strapping off! i am 3 and a half weeks PO now and they are still slightly sensative but alot better!! hope you get better soon xxx

I’m still getting pains I just intend to stay on the paraceltamol every 4hours for atleast another week im post op day 9 and went back to work today xx
