Panicking help

Just had my first shower and as I was drying I noticed one of my stitches has come slightly undone a tiny bit of blood come away now it’s stopped bleeding should I call the emergency number to check it’s ok? I’m so worried it’s going to become infected has this happened to anyone else? Please help mee!!
