PC isn't responding, general questions…

I’m 12 Days PO and have some questions I sent over to my PC but she hasn’t got back to me yet and wondered if anyone knew on here?

– When can I start taking my contraceptive pill again (I stopped 3 weeks before my op)
– When can I drink alcohol again? (I think I wasn’t allowed because of the antibiotics, which I have finished now, so should be able to?)
– How long do I need to be sleeping upright/at 45 degrees for and does anyone know why this is?

Your pill I would start it when you can sleeping up right is down to

I would start dropping a bit at a time your body will tell you if hurts don’t do it xx
