People removing profile pics???

Ive noticed a few girls have removed their profile pics today, anybody know why? It’s worried me a bit, i saw some posts about american football the other day from a guy, today he’s become annonymous, i know the site must be hard to admin but he’s made quite a few posts why arne’t they removed and why isn’t he blocked??
Only been a member of the forum for a short time so i dont really know what the stance is on stuff like this x

Would have checked through the Mya guidelines but it just says
Page not found

I did try to report that football post the other day, there’s not an option to report?? Strange!!
