Period

I know this might seem like a stupid question but I think that I will be on my period on the date of my op and it is in two weeks time. Does this matter at all???

No Hun, I’m on the implant and have lots of spotting they let me keep my knickers on gave me a pad and put my op knickers over the top x

Hi Kelly , I was on my period too. I mentioned it to the nurse as I read it could interfere with the op. She said as long as I wore a pad and not tampax it’s fine. Good luck hun xx

I have come on today are they going to still do the op tomorrow??
